Happy Hour at Green Speed: A Connected Mid-Autumn Festival – Spreading Team Spirit

On September 25, the Happy Hour programme created a warm Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere where team members came together, chatted and shared memorable moments.

Beyond taking a break from the usual pace of work, Happy Hour gave every member an opportunity to better understand one another, appreciate the value of companionship and strengthen the spirit of connection across the organisation.

Sharing to Grow Together

During the programme, the Management Board shared practical perspectives on work experience, problem-solving and ways to address real workplace challenges.

The session, “Why Do We Hesitate?”, offered several simple yet practical takeaways:

• If you are afraid, start with a draft.

• If things are unclear, ask for clarification.

• If a task feels overwhelming, break it into smaller steps.

• If you are running low on energy, take the right kind of rest.

• If there are distractions, clear the way forward.

These seemingly simple reminders show us that moving forward sometimes begins with one small step—and the willingness to seek support from our teammates.

Honouring Effort, Spreading Shared Values

Happy Hour was also an opportunity to recognise the Stars of the Month—team members who have shown consistent effort, made proactive contributions and brought positive energy to their work.

Each recognition celebrates not only individual achievements, but also the sense of responsibility, support and collaboration that strengthens the entire Green Speed team.

Happy Hour on September 25 ended with smiles and positive energy. Inspired by the togetherness of Mid-Autumn Festival, Green Speed continues to nurture team spirit, grow together and move forward with confidence for the journey ahead.
